@mk411: I noticed you used 'どう', but my sentence wasn't 'I didn't know how it was possible for a person to love a different country'. I didn't have a 'how' in my sentence. So should it be 'ある国の人間が、他国を愛することが出来るかは分かりませんでした。'?

Hmm if you just say 夢と希望の国, this doesn't have the meaning of MY.
If you stick to the literal meaning of the sentence, it could be
私の夢と希望がつまった国 /私の夢と希望の国
