It means you pretty much get along with everybody or that you tend to mind your own business, so there is usually not a problem between you and another person.

@Mein: You could say any of the following:
"I don't have any problems with anybody."
"I don't have an issue with anybody."
A more casual or slang way to say it is, "I don't have any beef with anybody."
