@Sara0908 The original sentence would let him know that you are upset. It implies that you think he is too busy or that he doesn't have enough time for you. If that is how you feel, the original wording would work.
But I think there are better ways to tell him. :-)

It’s hard to know without context. Grammatically it’s all correct.
You’re being polite by saying “if you have time” but then saying “so forget it” which is quite rude.
If you’re going to hedge by saying “if you have time”, it’s more natural to say “I’d like to talk to you, if you have time”.

Depends on your intentions. Both sentences sound natural, but the second one also sounds rude. You might offend someone by saying this.
If you want to be polite:
"I want to talk to you on FaceTime, if you have time. But I know you’re very busy, so don't worry if you can't right now."
This phrasing lets the person know that you want to talk, but that it is okay to refuse the request.

Thank you for your comment😊 I totally understood your explanation. It’s kind of complaining to my boyfriend, but I don’t want him to feel uncomfortable. So, I should rewrite it as your saying, thanks again!

@DestinyCall Thanks for your advice! I also want to tell him “don’t forget about me”, but I understand his work busy at the same time :) hmmm, it’s difficult to express my mind to him😊💦
