Pergunta sobre InglĂȘs (EUA)

If I added "up" to a social media, what would that phrasal verb mean?

For instance, a friend of mine and I had a conversation :

- I'm leaving early today. What you up to?

- Looks like I'm going to spend this evening alone

- Come on! You have Vine! Vine up! ( it was some other social media actually, but I guess Vine would do)

I'm not sure if that was exactly what my friend said, though. I might have gotten it wrong. 😄
