Ah I see. Your English is very good by the way!
In that situation, telling them what they can do is more of a general statement. They can go to this restaurant, visit this place, sight see here, etc. If you use should, it’s more of a recommendation of what they really need to see, do, or visit. “You should visit this restaurant, it’s delicious and gives you an authentic Spanish experience!” Does that makes sense?

They are both relatively the same, but using “should” implies a more strict recommendations, whereas “can” is more lenient, more of a suggestion. Some examples of questions are “What can I do to help you out?” “What can I do to fix that?” and “What should I do to help you?” they both sound relatively the same, but “should” has a more, almost sense of caring. Some statement examples would be “You should eat regularly” versus “You can eat regularly” and “You could do it” versus “You should do it” do you see the subtle difference? I hope this helped and if you have any more questions feel free to ask!

@ninjakitty131 Thanks for the inflrmation. I'm studyong English and in class my reacher gave those examples but I didn't understand the difference.
He says that they were different.
The sitiation was that we had to suppose that a foreigner would visit our city, and we should give him some suggestions using the word "Can" and "should".
what shoul he do in the downtown.
what can he do in the downtown.
can/can't
vs
should/shouldn't
