'As noted earlier this week, Australia’s housing debt to disposable income ratio is at a record level.'

Below this statement, there is a graph showing the ratio rising to the right.

Disposable income is the income that you can spend as you wish after paying taxes and some other charges, right?

Then this indicates that it is getting more hard to buy a house, am I correct?
