Sounds like you said "Here, right here?"
The 1st pronunciation is correct.
There are some accents in the UK that sound closer to the 2nd pronunciation, but it sounds strange unless you speak completely in that accent.
Best option as a non-native speaker is to use the 1st.

@giorome: Hmm it's a bit difficult to answer because so many people speak in so many different ways! And I'm definitely not an expert. To me it reminds me a bit of SOME of the accents from more northern regions.
However, it is difficult to make such comparison just from 2 words. Listen to a variety of English sources, and you might hear some of the differences yourself.

I tend to use both in different scenarios. I think it depends on your accent mainly so just use whichever one is more comfortable for you
