"I usually work out around 8 PM when it is crowded."

The other one is:

The nuance caused by this wording implies that it's somewhat bothersome that the treadmills are constantly occupied by women. Correct me if I'm wrong about this. But if that is the case, then the sentence would be something along the lines of:

"Women are always using the treadmills."
