Pergunta sobre Inglês (EUA)
We can use patronymic names when we talk with elder people or high-authorities.
For example when I speak with my teacher, I say Evgenii Vladimirovich.
Since in English it's not about using patronic names then what are common ways to address?
When you speak with people who are at around the age of your parents (let's say with your parents's friends) should you call them by their last name or maybe attach Mr. Ms. to their first name?

Yeah. Mr. or Mrs. and then their last name. If you don’t know their name sir and ma’am work. Unless they have a title like Senator or Father(priest). Then you should use their title and their last name.

Would it sound wrong to call a person by just their first name (with a proper respect, of course) ?

If you know the person it’s appropriate . Or if you boss asks you to call him by his name. It’s kind of rude to call them by their name unless they ask you to if they hold a position of power or respect. Also with older people you shouldn’t use their first name unless they ask you too.

There’s a notable exception for family like Uncle Dave, but you usually uncle or aunt with it. Where I’m from that’s the exception for family. Grandparents you call by Grandpa/Grandma + the last name or just by Grandpa/Grandma but never by their first name, unless they specifically ask you to do so.
