What's the difference between 에 관해서 and 에 대해서? please explain when to use both and which is more common.

Both mean the same and are used in the same manner. However, I think 대해서 is more commonly used than 관해서:
에 대해서 as to / about
무엇에 대해서요? About what?
한국에 대해서 많이 아는구나. I know a lot about Korea
숙박료에 대해서 좀 알고 싶습니다. I like to know about roommates
에 관해서 in respect to / regarding
이 문제에 관해서는 나중에 이야기하자. Regarding this issue, let's talk about it later.
그는 그것에 관해서 전혀 아는 게 없다. He has no information about that.
금융에 관해서요. It's about finance.
