As a graduate student, when I talk to, or email to professors that I'm working with (not advisor; a collaborator), can I use their first name?

Not usually. It's best to use their last name unless they specifically tell you otherwise.

It would be more polite to use their last name unless they tell you their first name.

I might if the professor explicitly tells you/the class that you can. I have never addressed a teacher by just their first name I don't think. In my experience, we always called our teachers "Mrs./Mr. ____". And now that I am in college, you can call them "Professor ____" or simply "Professor" or again "Mrs./Mr. ___"
I have a professor right now who tells us to call him by his first name "Juan" and I had a teacher last semester who went by her first name too. To answer your question, I think you can call them by their first name if they prefer it. Side note- some professors who have a doctorate prefer to be called "Dr. ____"

Thank you all, @sstar4oz @Mitzi_ @Defenstrator @jamesavery98 But, have you ever been a graduate student? Is it really the case for graduate students? I know that it is not common for undergraduate students to use first name of professors, and I thought there's difference between grad and undergrad students.

I think it depends more on the university and the professor than whether the student is a grad student or an undergrad student. For the most part all superiors are called by their last name, in work, school, and elsewhere.
