Hi! So I was writing some phrases I found on a yt video and when I sent them to my teacher to review it she told me that some phrases are used in the North of China, so I need to change them... can you help me? I'm not sure about which are the ones I need to change so here they are...
1。你们到底什么时候开始政治环境污染?
2。中国人总是。。。/为什么所有的中国人。。。
3。 我发真么赞
4。你们也用叉子吗?
5。你们一年内竟然过两个新年?
6。你们竟然有三个情人节?
7。你能不能告诉我这写的啥?
8。你会功夫是吗?
9。你们的数学怎么那么棒?
10。你们不觉得用字母表比给每个字配张图简单多了吗?

I don't think there is North China's phrases u must change.but,some sentence is not clear to understand like1/3.maybe ur teacher think 啥is the word u should change.啥＝什么。

Your sentences sound perfectly natural to me, except for the typo in No1, '政治' should be '整治' and No3 which I can't figure out what you want to say....

‘啥’ in sentence 7 is a northern dialectal variant of ‘什么’. Despite of its northern root, it's universally understood, so definitely acceptable to use it in real life conversation. I hope your teacher hasn't sounded too prescriptive. He probably thought it would be better for you not to confuse dialects with standard mandarin.

1，it should be 整治or治理and number7 maybe what your tutor talking about.啥is more like used in informal talks and you can replace it with 什么，which is the same and that's it I believe others are cool except number 3 I really don't know what's that about😅

@yuxiangblues: ah number 3 is supposed to say "My tones are perfect", as for when a foreigner speaks chinese hhahaha
