"Which do you like?" and "Which do you like better?" are more or less the same. You can use either when giving a person a choice and you don't know their preferences. However the second can be used when you know that a person likes two things and you want to know which they like better. So let's say you just met me, you can ask me either question. You don't know if I like either or neither. The second question you'd ask if you knew I liked both, but you wanted to clarify which one I especially liked.

"Which would you like "is about a choice, and "which do you like" is about preference :)

They are very close. The first is more like どっちが欲しい?The second is more like とっちが好き?"Would" implies desire whereas "Do" implies more a state of being. My two cents.
