They are very similar but lucky you is something you would say to someone who achieve something that not everyone can get
So if someone says "oh I got an a on the test" you would most likely say good for you
But if someone says something like "I won tickets to this show that I really wanted to see" you would say lucky you (although you could also say good for you in this situation)
