@jamko you're right, posh people are generally wealthy/rich, and have 'posh' accents like Harry Potter.
usually 'posh' is used to describe someone who is upper class and wealthy (like the queen, or wealthy people who went to very good expensive schools)
its not used to say if they are good or bad person, only to describe their wealth upper class status

Posh people normally are seen as a bit stuck up and poncy if we're talking about general stereotypes.
Normally though posh people (in terms of accent) don't sound as though they have much character. They sound a bit boring and bland.
