It's natural but a little too cold. I would say something like "I would love that, but unfortunately I don't think I can take you up on your lovely offer because [reason]."

@hirofumi 役に立ってたよかった。By the way, whenever you want to reject an invitation, it's a good idea to first say you want to go/attend and to thank the person -- unless you HATE that person ;)
For example:
"Thank you for inviting me, but unfortunately I already have plans."
"Wow, thanks for the invite, but I have an exam the next day so I can't come."
"That's so nice of you, but I'm going to a concert. Maybe we can go out next week?"
"Oh man, I really want to come to your birthday party, but my best friend is getting married that day. But Happy Birthday!"
