2: you have the opportunity and have organised something to help the person. the fact that you’re going (for sure) to help the person is making you happy.

@kk77acb 'would' is in past tense and 'will' is in present tense. It is very rare for some to say 'I will be glad to help you', so just stick to 'I would be glad to help you'
