It doesn't sound like you are asking another person to do it. It sounds like you are asking if you(Yuuuuki) can do it.
It's like asking, "Do you think I will be able to copy this out?"
If you want someone else to copy this out you can use the sentence, "Can you copy this out for me please?"
A better way to ask someone else to copy this out is to use this sentence, "Will you please copy this out for me?"

Scenario:
The person you are talking to is named George.
Your name is Yuuuuki.
"Hey, George, do you think that I(Yuuuuki) will be able to copy this out?"
George shrugs his shoulders and answers, "I don't know, Yuuuuki. Can you?"
If you want the other person to do it I would say it like this:
"George, will you please copy this out?"
