Sometimes people say 'that's it' with the same meaning as 'that's all'. それは全てです or 以上です。
However, 'that's it' can also mean other things. E.g.(ものを探している時) 'それだ!’。

@RossLeicester
If I would like to say "以上です" in English, I can use both of them.
Is that correct?

@shiori0616 For 以上です I would use 'that's all' as both 'that's all' and 〜ですare formal/polite. But, you can use either.
