hey guy, i am writing a CV to apply a job. if i want to say "i have been graduated with a degree of Accounting from HUBT university....Octorber", should i use "in" or "on"

It's basically the same thing. You should use "in" because overall it sounds better and you are graduating on a certain date, not the whole month of October. Using "In" indicates that you are graduating some time in October. "on" is more for a very specific date.
