"I can't keep up" is best. You don't have to say "with your words" because that's already understood. The rest are unnatural.

Thanks. Can I ask you another question? Catch the bus or catch up the bus?
- Inglês (EUA)
"Catch the bus." is commonly used.
"I caught the bus this morning."
"I catch the bus every morning."
"Catch up the bus is incorrect." You can "catch up to the bus." But that has a different meaning and will be used in a different situation.

@Kongphop yes, you can say that too. But remember it's completely different from "catch the bus."
