Interrupt
"Stop interrupting me!"
"Sorry for interrupting, but I have something to report."
"Sorry for interrupting, but I have something important to announce."
Disrupt
"He brought his kid in to work today, and the kid wouldn't stop screaming and crying. It totally disrupted our meeting."
"Stop disrupting class."
'Just as the bride and groom were about to exchange rings, someone suddenly yelled, "Wait!" and interrupted this important moment. The person who yelled then realized he was at the wrong wedding and hurriedly apologized before running back out."
“The wedding had just started, when the groom's ex-girlfriend suddenly came to cause trouble. It completely disrupted the whole wedding atmosphere."

They are very similar. You can interrupt or disrupt a conversation by stopping or halting it. Disrupt might be used for more aggravated disturbances. You could disrupt a meeting by throwing something or shouting which is a little worse than politely interrupting.

@alicew1d Thank you so much for writing Chinese!
But there are a little mistakes.
"让后" should be "然后";
"在他说话中" should be "在他说话期间";
"加一句话" should be "插了一句话" or "插话";
“但不打扰” should be “但没有打扰”;
“忽然高乱” should be “突然捣乱”。
Good job!
