@marumi723 You'll definitely be able to use them all in time, and in exactly the right way. Your English will be absolutely super, and certainly a great deal better than my Japanese. If I continue with my own studies however, then slowly but surely, I should be able to say, こんにちは、まるみさん!

'Sure' and 'certain' are almost synonyms - words that have the same meaning. They both denote a lack of doubt. 'I'm sure / certain we have the right answer.'
'Certainly' is often used for general emphasis. 'It's certainly a fast car.'
'Surely' is also used for emphasis, but usually in different contexts. 'Surely you can't be serious?' 'Surely you can help me out just once?'
People use the word' definitely', when referring to their intentions. 'I'll definitely be there.' It's also used to refer to certainty, or a lack of doubt: 'he's definitely going to win.'
'Absolutely' is often used to emphasise an adjective. 'You look absolutely fabulous, darling.' 'That restaurant is absolutely brilliant.'
'Exactly' is actually very close to 'exact'. 'He arrived exactly on time.' 'That's exactly right (correct).' People also use the word to express their agreement with a comment. 'Rome wasn't built in a day.' 'Exactly.'

@Maatin Thanks for your detailed explanation. I read all of them and wrote them in my notebook, but they are still difficult for me. However, I will be able to use only "exactly".
