Are natives annoyed when they hear foreigners (or see them on social media) using some Korean words when they don’t speak Korean? (I don’t know if you came across that much?)
Also question 2
Is it annoying to see people using the “Korean pronunciation” of English words? I know by fact that there are quite a lot foreigners who like to hear that Korean English pronunciation, so they use it.
(Example “hearteu/hateu(하트) etc. )

No, using Korean words is totally okay unless they use it with bad purpose.
No, because we are familiar with Korean style English words. If anyone feel annoying about it, they might be Englsh speakers.

Q1: I think most Koreans appreciate foreigners using Korean words. If you swear, it may not be very nice in public but used properly at the right time, right place, it would be very good.
Q2: If you are a foreigner, living in Korea, it would make sense to use Korean English. You might do the same on social media if you feel like it - nobody's gonna say anything about that.

@AussiePete I’m interested because I’ve seen many non-natives protest when it’s used in social media, even tho the people meant no harm.
They attacked one girl because she wrote “알았어” at the end of her sentence. (In romanization though)
Or I saw people say they are making fun of Korean-English pronunciation if they use it.
Where I asked myself, no one says anything when people are speaking British when they are not British, that’s okay to everyone, but here it suddenly becomes something offensive.
Though both examples are used by people who actually like how it sounds originally.

@Sanya0101 There are always going to be people who don't like what you say, good or bad. In that particular example, "알았어" has an informal tone so maybe some people overreacted to it but really it should be nothing. As you said, if you like using it then you would.

I feel like if they are using romanization, then they are probably just a koreaboo or kweeb. If they are serious about the Korean culture and language, they would use 한글. It’s not that hard to learn it. My opinion is that “wae” isn’t ok but 왜 is. Romanization isn’t Korean.
