It kind of sounds like "fahst, wahk, hohd." The r sound in English is a lot more pronounced than in other languages. Here's me:

@Michael-Han That’s an improvement over the original recording. Keep working at it, and especially focus on making the ‘R’ sound of each word more fully pronounced.
