The other day, I watched a British movie, and I saw a lady say "I Am good FRIENDS WITH HIM" in the movie. At the time, I got confused by her saying , and now I wonder if the sentence could be used in usual cases. Thank you in advance.

I think the lady meant in the movie that she is nothing more but just friends with him. Meaning, they’re not in a romantic relationship when she exclaimed, “good FRIENDS WITH HIM”.
Yes that can be used when you want to explain to someone that you are just friends... and not a couple.
