@Oblivion: "Accompany" is the verb
"company" is the noun
"I have company over today"
"Would you like to accompany me"
(instead of accompany, people say "go with")

@Evanwilde: me either! But I just binged it and who knew, it's a verb, too. Meaning to keep company with. So basically the same as accompany. @Oblivion: this should help, as well, to understand which words we use and don't really use. :)
