It's comunly an informal speech in the language but is really used.
Example :
I ain't in my house right now.
She ain't enough money to go to the concert.
He ain't go to work today.
They ain't nothing else to say.
The cellphone ain't enough internal memory.

Be + not:
-It ain't my fault (3rd person -is not)
-You ain't gon' do it! (You are not going to do it - 2nd person)
-I ain't talkin' to you! (1st person - I am not talking to you!)
-We ain't goin' nowhere (We are not going anywhere- 1st person pl)
*They ain't good enough (They are not... - 3rd person pl)
Have (auxiliary verb) + not:
-You ain't seen nuttin' (You have not seen anything
-He ain't done nuttin' wrong (He has not done anything wrong)
I ain't never seen anything like it before (I have never seen anything like it before -1st person)
-We ain't finished our homework yet (We have not... 1st person pl)
*They ain't got nuttin' on me (You could perceive this as "They do not have anything on me" instead of "They haven't got anything on me")
