I think students don't pay much attention in class. They talk with one another, and some of them even sleep. It's a big problem. In my opinion, they won't pay attention unless there's no penalty. Teachers should make some kind of penalty and give it to students that don't pay attention. Like, cleaning the classroom after school, or writing a report about their behavior. Then they might pay more attention in class. If this doesn't work, students can get a private meeting in the teacher's room. I think these solutions can improve the problem. I hope my suggestions would help.
