When we describe food that appears perfectly cooked and delicious as a result, we will often say it is "done to perfection."
It's browned to perfection. (It's perfectly browned, it looks delicious)
It's toasted to perfection.
It's cooked to perfection.

Taking your original statement, you could say:
"It was deliciously browned to perfection."
"It's deliciously browned to perfection."
The word "deliciously" adds emphasis as well as connotes that the browning caused it to appear/taste more delicious.
