Is there Korean terms for the honorific levels? I'm sure there are but I can't find the words for them. For example:
안녕하십니까? Is considered "deferential polite/formal" so what is "deferential polite" in Korean?
먹겠어 is considered "informal" and 먹겠습니다 is "formal". What is "informal" and "formal" in Korean?
Hopefully this makes sense! Thank you!

Ummm... Very good but high level question.
We call honoric expression as "경어체". So, there u have a word "경어" - or more simply 존댓말.
Actually u may think it's the short of "존경어" where 존경 is respect & 어 is word / language.
Word for Informal is "일반어" or in colloquial --" 반말"
Ofc, there r levels of honoric forms.
For example, 안녕하세요 is honoric, While 언녕하십니까 is also an honoric but in complete form. --- this is differential honoric they may call, i guess.
And we call it "극존대"
As for 눈, in honoric we say 안구.

@Kross9182: sorry maybe I didn't word it correctly. What I'm wanting to know is, for example eye in Korean is 눈. "Informal"눈 한국말로 무엇인가요? 그것을 한국어로 어떻게 말합니까?

@Kross9182: ah I feel silly >.<; It's 반말 and 존댓말 correct? Is there a term for what you use to elders? Or would that still be considered 존댓말?

Using formal speech would absolutely make words longer than using informal to show respect and politeness. Simple example would be "안녕!" (informal) and "안녕하세요!" (formal).
But if you're asking "how" to make a word/sentence formal is not something /formulated/. They're as is. You don't "make it up". They're actual words but only shortened. "안녕" is the informal form of "안녕하세요"; "감사" is the informal form of "감사합니다".
"미안" is the most informal way of saying sorry. "미안해(요)" is casual-formal. "미안합니다" is formal. But using "죄성함니다" is even more formal.
A notable way is identify formal speech is the use of "요" at the end of the sentences, though.

안구 is more like a medical term for 눈. for example 안구건조증 dry eye syndrome..i have never seen people use 안구 to elders. even in history dramas.
