Hmm I think it's more "But I think with what you learn FROM the lessons" but it's hard to tell. It might just be that the subject got dropped. *shrug*
(Don't worry, when talking about grammar, most people usually know you're talking about the grammatical subject, not content subject.)

Zzz"onus": something that is one's duty or responsibility
Kidman is saying that remaking a tv series carries less weight than remaking a movie like Portrait of a Lady; the expectation to "stay true to the original" is stronger in a movie remake, while in a tv remake one has more freedom to change things.
The "that" in the last sentence frequently comes up in speech when someone is explaining something. It's probably a subordinating conjunction, so it might be preceded by "I think"...?

Thanks a lot, but my first question is about the next sentence starting with "But I think ...".
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

Whoops, sorry, miscounted the lines. (It's hard to read this on a smartphone.)
"But I think with the lessons you learn": But I think that what comes with the experiences of remaking things, and what you learn from doing them"
"is that you do not try to stay within the confinements of what's been been set.": is that you don't let yourself be limited by the traditional practices of remaking films and shows, and instead try new approaches and experiment with new ideas."

Again, it's an awkward speech thing. >_<

"But I think WHAT YOU LEARN with the lessons is that you do not try to stay within the confinements of what's been set."
Can I happen to think that, if it were not a speech, you'd have written as the above?
And, in the original sentence, the subject faded away?

By the way, I used "subject", intending 主語. My use of "subject" is correct?
I'm afraid my bad use of the word had made you think that I meant a meaning or a subject matter. :-(
