When he has a discussion with somebody, he uses aggressive or rude words. So, I want to say to him, "You might want to use more xxx words even if you got angry, otherwise, conversation partner will also use the aggressive words to you. As a result, the relationship between two of you would be worse. Nothing good happens."

What is the best word to use in xxx? I'm looking for the opposite of aggressive in the case of this situation.

You can say "gentler" instead of "more gentler," because the latter is redundant (repetitive). You can also say "kinder" (as in "more kind").
