Good question.
"Repression" refers mostly to a state of political suppression (e.g. where a government or dominant group is actively suppressing thoughts, belief systems, protests, activists, etc.)
"Repression" can also refer to exercising restraint. Like "repression of sexual urges" would be exercising restraint and refraining from engaging in sexual activities.
"Suppression" is more general. For example, you can "suppress" the sound of a noisy machine, but you can't "repress" the sound.
Suppression is more of a general term that could include repression, but also refer to other instances where something is prevented, defeated, restrained, censored, concealed, hidden, kept quiet, stifled, muffled, smothered, etc.

"oppression" is like persecution, abuse, maltreatment, etc. It refers to unfair and unjust treatment of (or control over) people. The oppression could be limited to one group of people or defined by factors such as race, sex/gender, etc.
Example: government sanctioned discrimination of women
"repression" is more about suppression — suppressing thoughts/ideas, suppressing protestors/activists, or effectively suppressing anything that goes against societal norms or government policy.
Example: government censorship of political protests
