Pergunta sobre Japonês

How do you say sentences like "How about we go to dinner?" and "How about if I call you?" in japanese?

I've found patterns like ーしたらどうですか。ーしませんか。ーしましょうか。and even 現在時勢の動詞というのはどう? on www.alc.co.jp, But I am uncertain on when to use which.

The site says , ーしたらどうですか。 for sentences with you.
ーしませんか。 for sentences with we.
and ーしましょうか。or 現在時勢の動詞というのはどう? for sentences with I.

And lastly, how about ーすることはどう? Can I use this?
