Pergunta sobre Inglês (EUA)

"I got broads in Atlanta
Twisting dope, lean, and the Fanta
Credit cards and the scammers
Hitting off licks in the bando
Black X6, Phantom"

these are lyrics of a song I like.
I often listen to songs seeing their lyrics. but I don't always understand -ing forms.

In this lyrics, there're two -ing forms.
"Twisting dope, lean, and the Fanta" and "Hitting off licks in the bando".

I studied English grammar. but I don't understand which usage "Twisting" and "Hitting" are. present participle? gerund?
please teach me. thank you.
