Yes. That's a natural sounding sentence. We may also describe someone as a, "light sleeper."
But actually light sleeper has a different meaning. A light sleeper is woken up easily, by even a small sound or disturbance. A restless sleeper is someone who tosses and turns in their sleep.
So I think for 寝相が悪い, a restless sleeper is the best fit.
