"Also" means something as well as something else. Adding something to what you said.
e.g "Do you know the directions to the train station? Also the closest food store, I'm starving!"
" Don't eat and vegetables and I also dont like most fruits."
"Like", in this case is used to state that something is similar to something else.
e.g "I ran like the wind."
" She blew up like a big balloon. "
"As" is used for comparison. To give you a better image or understanding of what the speaker is trying to say.
e.g "The fruit was as hard as a rock."
"Today, the ocean was as clear as glass."
"like" and "as" can be used in different ways as well but these are their meanings in comparison to each other.
