1) "I get to see a movie tonight"
2) "I want to see a movie tonight"
3) "I can see a movie tonight"
In the 1st example, I'm saying I will be seeing a movie tonight.
In the 2nd example, I'm saying I wish I could see a movie tonight.
In the 3rd example, I'm saying that I am able to see a movie tonight.
