それはBの返事がSarcasm(皮肉と言うでしょう)だからです。文脈なしで「Like you'll remember!」と言う文だけを聞いたら、言いたいのがきっと思い出すだろうとかいうようなことだと思いますが、特定な文脈で聞いたら、意味が逆になります。
