@suplexcity They all can mean the same thing, but a better way to put each of them would be" "I am angry with you for giving my tickets away." "I am angry at my boyfriend or girlfriend for forgetting my birthday." and "I am angry about the grade I receive on my finals because I know I should have got a 100." The first one is direct and the second two is indirect.

@suplexcity "With" means together like "your with your friends." "At" means being somewhere like "your at the mall." :About" means you would like to know more about something such as "I want to know more about the movie or I want to know more about you." And "Angry" is an emotion in which you feel really mad at a person for doing something hurtful against you. Such as "I'm really angry that you deleted all my contacts in my phone."
