Or can I say the area is visitworthy? If it's a word
- Inglês (RU)
It sounds more natural to me to say "this place is worth a visit".
I think of "worthy of" as implying that a subject which can do something, say, noble and fits better with people e.g. "He was a worthy recipient of the Nobel Prize".
Visitworthy sounds nice but isn't a word. Yet ;)
