The basics, grammar and everything (like when you're writing texts) are the same. But the way of talking is completely different.
The dialects are very different from each other.
You should watch videos about both on YouTube, you will be able to hear the difference.

"just" the dialect and some words. But the swiss german accent is very different from the german "accent", some germans can't understand the swiss german dialect 😂

The basis of the high or standard german as you call it is the same.
It's like the "formal" universal german language and everyone understands it.
The problem is, that the swiss people use the standard way less often than germans. They have different sounding words and the pronunciation is totally different.
So I may understand a bit if I listen carefully but most of the time it's hard.
