"Virar" can actually have different meanings:

1. To turn
"To turn left"/"Virar à esquerda"
"To turn the page"/"Virar a página"
2. "To turn upside down"/"Virar de cima para baixo"
3. "To turn over"/"Virar ao contrário"
4. "To turn inside out"/"Virar do avesso"
5. "To turn your back on someone"/"Virar as costas a alguém"
6. Turn around
"Don't turn around!"/"Não te vires!"

It's got other meanings, but let's lead with these :)

Now, "morar":

1. Live (as in in your home)
"I live in a 1 bedroom apartment"/"Eu moro num T1*"
"I live with my parents"/"Eu moro com os meus pais"
"I live in a big house"/"Eu moro numa casa grande"

*T1 is a kind of apartment that only has 1 bedroom. T2 would mean it's got 2, and so on.
