@Cadu_Kadu It depends on the sentence. If someone says something and you want the slang term for "I understand" then you can say "get it" or "got it" and they will mean the same thing.
If you are talking about an object/item, it can be different.
"Did you get the food?"
You can say: "Yes, I got it." Or "no, I did not get it."
