"like I said" is typically used when either you are rephrasing your words or someone else did and you are agreeing with them. "I just said" is used when repeated what you said.
Example: I told my friend we shouldn't go to the party.
"There probably only be druggies there anyway," he said.
"Yeah, like is said it won't do us any good to go," I replied.
"We should go to the pool today," I suggested to my friends but no one seemed to hear.
"Dude you know what we should go do? Head to the pool," said Dean.
"I just said that."
