The first sentence feels more like a request٫ it also is more polite. The second sentence feels a lot more like a demand٫ and it's friendlier.

And٫ if you are starting a conversation٫ you would say the person's name. For example٫ if her name was Alianna٫ and you were just saying it out of nowhere٫ you would say: "I think you should visit Alianna" or "You gotta visit Alianna".
