- From Coventry City Council: “…any damage to the property will be remediated by the Council at the licensee’s expense (such remediation’s to include, without limitation…”

- From Principal People: “Assessing risk in the business and applying suitable remediation’s to any breach of risk or health and safety measures.”

- From Microsoft: “I’ve discussed this on my own blog and possible remediation’s to work around those types scenarios if you fall in to this bucket.”

You are correct - they are all incorrect!  There should be no apostrophes.  Many native speakers make this simple mistake, but it really is unacceptable in formal documents!
