No. "Tea" here means the evening meal - different families, regions and traditions call the evening meal tea, supper or dinner!

The meal in the middle of the day is called lunch by some people, and dinner by others.
The meal in the evening is called tea, dinner or supper by different people.
What you call them is entirely up to you, and is largely influenced by what your parents called them. Both my family and my wife's family use dinner and tea for the two meals and so that's what we use. Friends of ours call them lunch and dinner, and others dinner and supper.
