@DanDan29 No, PC is the machine, Windows is just the operating system.
Also instead of Windows, someone could use Linux or macOS on their PC, but Windows is the most common ^_^
If someone is talking about their PC often they are talking about the physical machine, not the operating system.

@DanDan29 In almost all cases it does. It depends on who you talk to but about 99% of people would make this association.

@Matirgo @crabtools Thank you! I have heard ‘windows pc’, but not ‘Mac pc’, so I thought ‘pc’ is only used for windows.

@DanDan29 this is because when people are talking about macs they always just say "Mac", but with windows PCs we say the whole "Windows PC". I guess because many companies make windows pcs but only apple makes Macs haha ^_^

@crabtools PC stands for Personal Computer so it could mean any computer :)
